Shakthi solid press-on tyres are made of hard rubber compound, moulded on mild steel rims, bonded with latest adhesive plus cushion gum. Our mould range is become wide because our forte is custom making to suit induvidual requirements.

Rubber Compound

• The rubber compound (tread) of solid tyre consists of natural and synthetic rubber, carbon black and various rubber chemicals. It has been formulated in such a way to resist against cut-growth and chipping.

Steel Rim

• The steel rim never fails in proper setting of the tyre on the hub of a forklift truck/trailor. Further, the rim can be reused for rerubberisation.

Sterling Bonding

• The cushion gum as well as bonding adhesives used between the rubber compound and rim, are guaranteed. No bonding failure.
  

Hub type

• Press-On tyres are also available in hub type for easier assembly directly on to the wheel axle.
